The exhibition features about 60 works created on the basis of collaboration of contemporary artists such as Annette Messager, Jean-Michel Othoniel, Johan Creten, Christian Lacroix and artist-craftsmen. Weaving, needlework, application, incrustation, posamenterie, bobbin lace and sewed lace represent fabric as a medium in a number of international contemporary art projects. The exhibition takes place with the support of AFAA.

The exhibition will be presented in two exhibition halls — Museum of Decorative Arts (13 April—28 May 2006) and the French Institute in Prague — Galery Štěpánská 35 (13 April—4 June 2006).
