    • order number
    • the goods to which the complaint relates
    • a description of the defects found and their manifestations

  • send a letter which must contain
    • order number
    • the goods to which the complaint relates
    • a description of the defects found and their manifestations
    • send the letter to the following address
    • Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague
    • 2, 17. listopadu Street
    • 110 00 Prague
    • mark the letter with the word „ESHOP COMPLAINT
    • The Seller will decide on the complaint within 5 working days of its receipt and will notify the Buyer by e-mail.

The complaint will be settled without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the date of the complaint.
